The kitchen took the most prep before painting and probably feels the most different. We moved the stove and refridgerator from the wall with the door to the end. Then we washed all the ceiling tiles and changed the fan to a light. The walls aren't sheetrock so they took a lot of work to paint over the blemishes and wallpaper border. Added our decor and put the table more in the middle than against the wall like the previouse owners. (Sounds a lot easier than it was haha)
