Today was the one year anniversary of my sister Jennifer Nichole's death. In honor of her I dressed Emma in an outfit I know Jennifer would have picked out for her. Jennifer loved strawberries more than anything and had many Strawberry Shortcake birthday parties. When I see a strawberry I think of her. I also have been using the blanket that Jennifer sent Ethan when he was born. Emma is lying on it this picture. It was so nice to have Emma to help through a tough day. She is so sweet I just know Jennifer would be going crazy with excitement for her. I think she must have helped hand pick Emma just for us to come at the perfect moment.
