The family comes to ND for Christmas!!

Grandpa does a lot of the morning cooking shift when we get together. Ethan had a lot of fun helping him out!

Aunt Jacqueline playing iPad with Ethan. He was learning how to read. By the time they were done had a quite a few words down!

Besides playing all the fun games on our iPads and iPhones we managed some games of domino's. More g-ma's style.

So busy already!

Emma loved the purse and kitty carrier she got from Makayla in the cousin gift exchange.

Mom liked her stalking!
My little family!

Breakfast on Christmas morning and a stalking stuffer.
All the "stockings" We had fun at the dollar store.
On Christmas Eve we drew names and then all went to the only big box store we have and found a present for that person. SO fun and way less stressful than having to get gifts for everyone. Another accidental tradition has been waiting until Christmas Eve to put ornaments on the tree. This of course has been since we had small children. haha

Eric and Ethan making cookies Christmas eve.

Look at all the girls!
I got Eric tools for Christmas!
Aunt Jacqueline got the kids chopsticks haha. The horse in the background is the present that Ethan picked out for Emma at Tractor Supply lol. She loves it and uses it as her pillow.

Going to church
Emily and Emma got along great. In fact I think Emily stole all my hugs!

Emma holding the toy that Grandpa Duke got her when she picked it out herself at Walmart. She handed me a green one so she could get to the pink one. haha
Aunt Emily and Dylan (At the time we thought the kitty was a boy, later we found out he was actually a she!)

Mom making Emma laugh. Anything for a grandchild!

Emma playing with a Jessica the journalist doll my Aunt Kit sent me. haha It is not a barbie but a Smartie doll. They are employed.
The kitty LOVED the Christmas tree. Good thing we don't put the ornaments on until Christmas Eve.
